Through the careful restoration of a historic apartment building, a modern urban residence has been created—preserving the building’s original character while meeting contemporary expectations for comfort.

The project comprises 22 residential and 5 commercial units. Both the individual units and the building’s communal areas have been fully renovated. Valuable architectural details, high ceilings, and the atmosphere of a traditional Prague residence have all been preserved. An elevator and thoughtfully restored common areas further enhance everyday comfort.
